Mjölk House - Design Guide
The Mjölk House, designed by Studio Junction, is a Japanese inspired minimalist residence located in Toronto.
The project (which features our solid Douglas Fir 1x10 full length planks) involved a sensitive restoration of the W.H. Ives Tailor Building of 1889, including its pressed metal facade, the restructuring of the ground floor into a gallery, and the redevelopment of the second and third floor into a family home.
This design guide details the materials, measurements, and construction methods that will enable you to achieve a similar vision.
